Jorge Luis Pinto says that his team have a huge test

Honduras national team boss Jorge Luis Pinto says that his team have a huge test on their hands when they take on Brazil, who he has termed as being extraordinary.

After a year of recovering from the poor World Cup 2014 showing, Brazil appear to be on a great run of form. The team has arrived as the favourites to win the Copa America and one of their matches in preparation of this tournament is the friendly against Honduras. Honduras have been involved in a couple of friendly already and this will be the biggest test of them all.

Panama, Haiti and United States qualified for CONCACAF Gold Cup

Panama, Haiti and United States are the national sides that have already qualified and snatched their spot in Group A of the 2015 CONCACAF Gold Cup. Those teams will be competing in Group A but there still is one spot that is available and is going to be defined after Honduras competes against French Guiana in a match that will decide which team is going to qualify and secure the last spot of Group A.

Costa Rica, El Salvador, Jamaica and Canada were pitted together in Group B and lastly, Group C has Mexico, Guatemala, Cuba and Trinidad and Tobago.

Karagounis pleased with Support from Fulham

Hernan Medford has not been in charge of the Honduras national football team for even 5 months as he was appointed at the head coach in July and ever since his appointment as the manager of the national squad, Honduras has claimed victories against: Belize and Nicaragua but lost after playing with: El Salvador, Guatemala and Mexico.

Uruguay Still lacking Manager

Uruguay eliminated Italy from the 2014 World Cup when they both battled each other in the group stages and when the Italian side was knocked out from the worldwide competition, the head coach of the team Cesare Prandelli chose to step down from his role in the team as he dropped out from coaching the squad.

This occurred in June 24 which has been already more than 1 month ago and so far it still remains unclear as to which manager will be coaching the Italian national team.
