JAMAICA DEFEAT HONDURAS

Jamaica recently defeated Honduras 4-0 despite the latter putting up a decent show. The Jamaicans opened the scoring in the 21st minute on a goal by Luton Shelton and stretched the lead to 2-0 at half-time when Ryan Johnson found the net in the 39th minute.

Demar Phillips added another for Jamaica in the 79th minute and Omar Daley completed the scoring in the 84th minute, giving the "Reggae Boyz" their most lopsided victory in Gold Cup history.

Honduras missed a great opportunity with Guatemala reduced to nine men on the pitch, losing defender Gustavo Cabrera in the 61st minute to his second yellow card and defender Henry Medina to his second yellow in the 79th minute.
